Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: What method do you ship and how discreet is the packaging?
We ship all packages USPS in the United States. Packaging is extremely discreet and items are secure with no indication of the contents. Below are photos of our standard shipping and priority shipping boxes and our discreet return address (box size may vary slightly depending on size of your order). All boxes can easily fit in your mailbox.
Q: Can I pay extra for faster shipment?
Yes, it costs $19.99 for Expedited Service + PRIORITY mail shipping (2-3 day to arrive to your mailbox including tracking from the time you place your order).
Yes, it costs $49.99 for Expedited Service + EXPRESS mail (1-2 day including tracking)

We generally ship all orders out within 24 hours of receiving payment unless the items you have ordered are on back-order. We generally ship orders Monday through Saturday. We ship our spores out of our headquarters in Illinois and our shipping office in Wyoming, depending on your geographic location, so we can get your order to you faster.
(At certain times during the year our lead time may be slightly longer, however this information is communicated immediately after purchase.)
Typical transit times have been 5-7 business days for standard shipping.
Priority shipping is 2-3 days.
EXPRESS shipping is 1-2 days.
Q: What exactly do you sell here?
We provide laboratory grade mushroom spores and laboratory equipment. Our spores are in surgically sterile 10cc syringes. You will be hard pressed to find a better product in the current online marketplace. Our syringes are the MOST VIABLE on the market. We take GREAT PRIDE in providing OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE in addition to overseeing the highest graded quality of mushroom spores available online.
Q: Do you offer advice on growing or grow kits?
Unfortunately we cannot give growing advice or provide grow kits, any such questions might be better suited for people who specialize in those sorts of things. We have heard that the seasoned professionals at Midwest Grow Kits have practically re-defined “at home” Mycology when it extends past standard research.
Q: Are these “prints”?
No. These are surgically sterile 10cc syringes containing actual mushroom spores.
Q: How much specimen do I need for research?
Generally researchers will choose to use 1cc of specimen per research media (slide), which allows for 10 slides per research session. IF you have 10 + slides you would need 2 syringes.

Q: Will you ship spores internationally?
Only to Canada. No other countries.
Q: My order status says “processing”, has my item shipped?
All orders will read “processing” until the item ships. At which point you will receive a completion email stating the item has shipped.
Q: I’m not ready to research with my spore syringes yet, how do I store them?
It’s recommended that you store any unused syringe in the original mail packaging, in a dark, non-directly-heated location. Not too hot, not too cool is ideal.
Q: How long can I store the spore syringes for?
We recommend researching as soon as possible, however these will maintain viability past 9 months. In some cases even longer.
Q: How secure is my privacy if I order?
EXTREMELY SECURE AND PRIVATE. All records of any orders are destroyed after a short period of time; this enables us to provide customer service to our researchers. We keep no records of your order past this point and NEVER possess any of the credit card information used during purchase. We do not collect, resell, or divulge any personal information, including: Name, Address, Phone numbers, email addresses or items ordered, to any business or individuals, ANYWHERE. We also take all orders through a 128-bit encrypted secure server denoted by the yellow padlock on the bottom right side of your screen.
Q: Do I pay tax?
Only residents of Illinois will be charged the most current effective tax rate as determined by the state upon check-out (inclusive of state and county taxes).
Q: How do I place an order?
Using the buttons found on the item pages simply add the desired items to your shopping cart. When you are ready to purchase your products, click the “Checkout” or “View Cart” buttons. Review your listed order and click the button labeled “CHECKOUT” on the shopping cart page. Select the payment method of your choice, enter your credit card information if you choose that payment method, and hit “place order”.
The very simple instructions for payments via Zelle, payments via BTC/ETH or payments via cash/money order are on the page displayed after hitting “place order” and in the confirmation email you will receive within minutes of hitting “place order”.
