Penis Envy #6 (PE6) mushroom spores represent a stabilized hybrid within the broader Penis Envy cubensis lineage. Developed through intentional crossbreeding, PE6 was created to preserve the defining characteristics of the original Penis Envy strain while improving colonization vigor and sporulation.

Traditional Penis Envy varieties are widely recognized for limited spore production, which historically made propagation and research more challenging.
