Thai Elephant Dung (TED) Mushroom Spores are a unique Psilocybe cubensis variety originating from Thailand and first documented by renowned mycologist John Allen. Discovered growing in the natural habitat of elephant dung, this strain earned its memorable name “TED.” All modern TED genetics can be traced back to just a small number of wild spore prints originally collected by Allen.

Like many Thai strains, Thai Elephant Dung mushroom spores are known for their remarkable resilience. They produce mushrooms with white stems carrying a light brownish hue, large rounded caps, and a noticeably thick veil. The overall coloration often leans golden-yellow with scattered brown speckles, creating a striking appearance under the microscope.
