Refund and Return Policy

We offer a sterility 100% guarantee on spore and culture products for 30 days after purchase. Items must be in unused condition to qualify for a full refund. Please email us at support@premiumspores.com with any further questions.

We use white mailer BOXES (not a floppy envelope) to ship your order securely, so 99.99% of the time this is not an issue, but if your spores or culture products are ever damaged during shipping, please email us at support@premiumspores.com a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery.  Make sure the picture is clear to see any damage. We will send you a replacement syringe within 24 hours.

We want you to be happy with your ordered products, if you make a mistake with your conducted research or are unhappy with your research, please email us and we will discuss a special discount on a replacement.

Order Cancellation

We will be happy to cancel an order after it is placed as long as it has not been shipped. Please note that we ship most orders the next business day. Refunds take 1-2 days to process. Email us at support@premiumspores.com.
