We offer a sterility 100% guarantee on spore and culture products for 30 days after purchase. Items must be in unused condition to qualify for a full refund. 

While we have an outstanding track record, it’s important to note that spores, being living organisms, cannot be rendered completely sterile by their very nature. If you have any concerns about the integrity of your syringe, kindly reach out to us at support@premiumspores.com within seven days of receiving your order, and please refrain from removing the syringe(s) from its packaging until we’ve had a chance to assist you. Should it be determined that a replacement is necessary, we will promptly dispatch a new one. In certain instances, we may even provide a prepaid return postage label and request that the problematic syringe be sent back to us.

We take great pride in the quality of our product and are dedicated to surpassing your expectations as we offer top-tier microscopy specimens. If the need arises, we are more than willing to replace spore syringes to ensure your satisfaction.

We kindly request that you refrain from contacting us regarding the cultivation of P. Cubensis spores. This includes discussions about substrate, agar, and mycelium. Please be aware that our cubensis mushroom spores are exclusively intended for microscopy and taxonomic purposes. Any communication indicating an intention to harvest or cultivate Psilocybe Cubensis mushrooms will result in the cancellation of your order. Furthermore, any future attempts to purchase from us will be declined.

We primarily use white mailer BOXES for USPS to ship your order securely, so 99.99% of the time this is not an issue, but if your spores or culture products are ever damaged during shipping, please email us a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery.  Make sure the picture is clear to see any damage. We will send you a replacement syringe within 24 hours.

Please remember that accurate address and name information is your responsibility. Prior to submitting your order, we strongly advise double-checking the shipping address you’ve provided. Our system automatically imports this information, and items returned or lost due to an incorrect or invalid/undeliverable address will not be eligible for a refund. To help you keep track of your package, we supply tracking information, but we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

We want you to be happy with your ordered products, if you make a mistake with your conducted research or are unhappy with your research, please email us and we will discuss a special discount on a replacement.
