Refund & Return Policy

Your Premium Spore purchase comes with a 100% Sterility Guarantee.  Premium Spores will provide a full refund on all spore and culture products for up to 30 days after purchase.  Items must be in unused condition to qualify for the guarantee.  Please email us at support@premiumspores.com.

Premium Spores Guarantees Fast & Safe Shipping.  We use heavy stock, white cardboard mailer boxes to ship your order securely.  FedEx orders have envelopes. Rarely are our products damaged in transit, but if they are, please email a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery.  Send emails to: support@premiumspores.com.  Pictures must be clear with damage easily visible.  You will receive a replacement syringe within 24 hours.

At Premium Spores, Customer Satisfaction is our Top Priority.  If you make a mistake conducting research or are unhappy with your products or research capabilities in any way, please do not hesitate to email us at support@premiumspores.com.  We will be happy to discuss a special discount or replacement.

Need to Cancel an order?  No problem.  We are happy to cancel any order at no charge as long as that order has not left our warehouse.  Please note that most orders ship within 24-48 hours of payment receipt.  Refunds take 1-2 days to process.  Email: support@premiumspores.com if you have any questions about cancellation.
