In nature this is a rather fast strain to colonize, and very easy to grow. A BEAUTIFUL mushroom always giving us BEAUTIFUL spotted caps, usually of a nice yellowish color rather than the typical cubensis golden tan color. It does exceptionally well cased, and will continue to flush over and over within a week of each other. Although not a giant sized mushroom, it produces an abundance of mushrooms . The fruiting bodies of Agaricus augustus are large and distinctive agarics.
